Grounds; It is best to have both analytical skills and common sense when you are in a work area. There are certain situations that may call for both skills to be used i norder to be solved. They both go hand and hand in the problem solving concept.
ReplyDeleteBacking; Having both of these skills can help you with problem solving and coming up with the best outcome. When these two skills are put together an employee is able to make their best decision because they have carefully thought it through.
Rebutal; Although these skills are important to have they can be enemies of each other if they are confused. In certain matters it may be requried for you to use common sense but instead you may analyze the situation. An employer may only seek an employee with one of these skills because the job may need certain attention for one over the other.
Backing. You must know the difference between the situations so you know which skill to use. If not you may confuse the situation. One must pay very careful attention to the matter of the situation in order to recognize if they should have to analyze the problem or whether or not the solution should come as common sense
